8500 Horizontal Check Valves

Horizontal check valves are made from forged brass in the low pressure drop ‘Y’ type design. These feature the time-proven piston construction that is simplified for easy reassembly after soldering. Equipped with PTFE seat inserts, these valves can be used in temperature condition as high as 400°F while the “C” series non-metallic bonnet gaskets also improve performance in high temperatures. The 8500 Series Horizontal Check Valves are designed especially for use on large cryogenic bulk stations and pipelines.

• Working temperature range -320°F to +165°F. (-196ºC to +74ºC)

• Opening pressure: 2PSI
